Category Operations Description SummaryThe primary role of the Life Enrichment Coach Training & Program Supervisor (TPS) is coaching and training new staff, monitoring program functions, assisting with financial activities, and ensuring quality control by monitoring client Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Completing daily, weekly, and monthly TPS checklists.
Monitor trainee's schedules and communicate shift hours with Scheduling Manager.
Assist staff with finding appropriate times to conduct peer coaching.
Provide peer coaching and development for new staff, complete documentation.
Perform coaching meetings with new staff in training utilizing SMART goals and Reflection sheets.
Conduct 1:
1s with all staff weekly.
Provide training, assistance, and support to staff in all areas of daily living as outlined in the client's care plans.
Supervise homes to ensure adequate client and staff safety.
Ensure adequate health care for each client.
Coordinate individualized programs for clients.
Maintain appropriate staff/client relationships.
Maintain open communication with supervisor (Program Manager and/or Administrator about client needs, wants, concerns, changes to medications or other that need extra reporting responsibilities.
Delegate appropriate tasks to staff with guidance and verbal training before sending them out on appointment or task.
The ability to acknowledge and re-order medications that are not given on a regular base or medications that are not ordered in client's regular medication cycle (PRN's).
Assist with resident money management such as petty cash, receipts, checkbook and EBT's.
Complete all forms, reports, and data sheets as required by management.
Safeguard all company and client property.
Be aware and abide by all agency policies, procedures, and practices.
Report promptly instances of injuries, behaviors, abuse, and safety hazards, etc.

Maintain an ongoing inventory of client's personal property.
Supervise the implementation and documentation of medications.
Perform other responsibilities as defined by management.
Position Requirements Education and Experience Minimum age of 18 years.
Current criminal background check, cleared by DSHS before working alone, unsupervised with new hires.
Valid driver's license or Washington State ID.
Proof of adequate auto insurance.
Home telephone or Cell phone.
High school graduate or equivalent.
Ability to follow instructions, organize and set priorities, work well with other staff and clients, exhibit job-related competency, and make independent judgments.
Ability to supervise new hires.
Preferred to have a minimum of one year experience working with developmentally disabled adults.
Advanced knowledge of multiple plans.
